ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the family size congregations in New Covenant Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Texas. It discusses the congregation at First Presbyterian Church in Jasper, Texas which launched an initiative to become a missional church, aiming to address the divisiveness of the traditional rift between African Americans and whites. Also mentioned the congregation Waverly Presbyterian Church is a scripture-centered with a growing Sunday school.
