The article presents information on the members of the government relations/advocacy and technical committees of the Financial Executive Institute in the U.S. The article addresses what the role of the technical committees are and discusses how they go about accomplishing their various goals and agendas. The seven technical committees include: Benefits Finance, Corporate Finance, Corporate Reporting, Finance and Information Technology, Government Business, Private Companies and Tax. Each committees comprise of 18 to 35 members. The two divisions are headed by Grace L. Hinchman, senior vice president for Public Affairs and Technical Activities. The team is comprised of Mark Prysock, director of Public Affairs and General Counsel, Bob Shepler, director of Federal Affairs and staff liaison for committees on benefits finance and private companies, Sheri Thomas, administrative lead person, Christine Di Fabio, director of Technical Committees and Maria Zadravac, administrative assistant for technical activities.
