Paramedics are highly susceptible to musculoskeletal injuries by transferring patient. Mostly when they carry the whole patient's weight. The aim of this study was to list the procedure implemented by paramedics and identify how they respect rules of action rendering them safe. Observations of forty-five transfers by chair-stretcher to stretcher have exposed that frequent procedures are majority protective, except uprising patient. Other procedures are less frequent but protective. The description of transfer and contextualization suggest that TAP use several criteria for selecting their procedure whose comfort the patient. A further analysis of the determinants and the general context of each intervention will understand the procedures chosen by TAP. Knowledge of prudence adapted to ambulance work can be enriched and shared among the TAP.
