ABSTRACT
The development of robotics as well as intelligent and eco-friendly technologies is a societal issue which has been constantly evolving for the past few years. For instance, innovative mobility brings up high stakes for the development of companies, habits or even health. Thus, as part of a multidisciplinary research project (engineering, psychology, ergonomics) including car design manufacturers, we were able to contribute in designing an autonomous shuttle (driverless). In light of models of user experience, we analysed the activity of users but also of other individuals moving around the shuttle. Our first findings enabled firstly to supply our designing partners with functional specifications (regarding accessibility, safety, comfort, usability...) but also to re-examine the models used and foresee new research angles to appehend in particular the links between the dimensions of user experience and those of innovations acceptability, their possible hierarchical organization, the question of the utility of this transport system and the consideration of potential users' real needs.
