ABSTRACT
The aim of the article is to identify the factors affecting value creation of the heating company. Actions taken to analyze elements and factors of value, allow to confirm the thesis that the designation depends on the complexity of the business scope of a company. The first part of the article presents specific aspects of business, the next one determines the essence of the factors influencing the value. The following sections indicates an analysis of the elements and factors that create value together with the presentation of a causal relationship between them.
