Stress Analysis of Stepped Oblique End-Face Combined Concave Die Based on the Least Square Method

This paper introduced two parameters, step height and end face Angle by improving the structure of the prestressed combination concave die to improve mould work performance, Analyzed the step height of 0-10mm, end face Angle of 0-35°, the change of stress, with the help of MATLAB software fitting the equivalent stress and the function relation between the step height and transverse Angle. Using stepwise slanting end face combination concave die can improve the bearing capacity and reduce the fracture and deformation of the die.
