ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Arbitration Tribunal has directed the Karnataka State Digital Cable TV Operators Welfare Association and the multi-system operator (MSO) Siti Cable Network to resolve their disputes concerning quality of set top boxes. It says that the parties were asked to settle their issues before a mediation centre by Semtember 20, 2015. Both parties were also asked to maintian their status quo.
