Oct 9 (Interfax) - The indifferent OSCE attitude to the Nagorno Karabakh settlement gives an impression that the status quo in the conflict suits the organization, the Azerbaijani Permanent Mission in the OSCE said in a statement released at a meeting of the Permanent Council of the organization in Vienna.
