LUHANSK. Oct 7 (Interfax) - The militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) has registered the completion of the first stage of the withdrawal of weapons of a caliber less than 100 mm from the contact line in Donbas by the Ukrainian military.
