Reports on a bill in Florida which aims to protect burials against disturbance or destruction by vandalism, unscrupulous collectors or development activities. Duty of Department of State's Division of Historical Resources to assume jurisdiction over certain unmarked burials; Mandating consultation concerning proper disposal of the remains with representatives of the ethnic community.
