(PFC) in accordance to the terms and conditions of a settlement from a lawsuit charging violation of an open-meetings law in Texas. Replacement by Rodriguez of Jimmy Patterson's position; Refusal of Patterson to relinquish his seat on the PFC; Allegations of the residents against the county; Statement of Donna Lednicky of Encinal, who was one of the plaintiffs in the suit; Lawsuit filed against Rodriguez by Patterson for oral defamation and the project's underwriter and architects.
