ABSTRACT
The article discusses the destructive oxidation of lignite substances with high-molecular-weight at a low-temperature in an electrode process with rapid protonation. Topics include the stochastic mixture of fulvic and lignite humic acids and a polymeric lignite bituminous tar was obtained, preparation of fulvic and lignite humic acids, and electrochemical destructive oxidation. It says that the test electrochemical reaction is associated to the methods of high energy chemistry.
