The article reports on the pros and cons for electronic commerce businesses of hiring fulfillment companies. Topics discussed include the reasons for some electronic commerce companies' reluctance to outsource business logistics services, the factors that should be considered in terms of selecting a fulfillment partner and the signs that an online business is in need of a fulfillment company service. Also mentioned are the reasons why Amazon is the most popular pick and pack service provider.
