Charles Bronson dies at 81

Charles Bronson, who became an international star as a movie antihero for his portrayal of the vigilante architect Paul Kersey in the five "Death Wish" films, which debuted in 1974 and ended in 1995 with "Death Wish V," died Saturday of pneumonia. Bronson died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, with his wife at his bedside. Bronson appeared in more than 60 motion pictures, beginning in 1951, and made innumerable TV appearances.
