Reports on the resolution adopted by the National Conference of Insurance Legislators supporting the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact that the National Association of Insurance Commissioners developed in the U.S. Intention of the compact to improve speed-to-market conditions for insurance products by establishing a single point-of-filing for product review; Challenge posed by obtaining acceptance of the compact in state legislatures; Benefit of consumers and producers from the compact.
