This article presents a profile of several Financial Executives Institute employees and discusses how their role fits into the overall objectives of the organization. The author notes that Chapter Relations/Membership is one part of the organization that every member has come into contact with and that this department is headed by Andrej Suskavcevic. Also working in this department to help put on conferences and share knowledge among members are Diane Albergo and Barbara Tokar. Suskavcevic notes that the department is focused on providing quick and courteous responses to all the matters that come into their hands.
