ABSTRACT
Corporate imaging firm Recognition Express Ltd. has launched an online training service for its 31 franchises. The Learning Zone project will support the training of around 250 staff employed by Recognition Express and its franchises. 'We provide the system, tools and collateral to help the business of our franchisees and training is part of this,' explains Nigel Toplis, managing director of Recognition Express. Currently, the courses on offer include Microsoft Office and customer-service skills, along with a bespoke programme on CorelDraw.
