Reports that the U.S. Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposed amendments to its rules G-39 on telemarketing and G-8 on books and records that require brokers and dealers to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) national do-not-call registry.
