ABSTRACT
Connection between ortho-directed metallation of π-deficient heterocycles and Suzuki cross-coupling reactions provides a very efficient and fruitful strategy to polycyclic molecules of biological interest. The methodology is used to synthesize alkaloids or precursors and analogues of natural compounds of the pyrido[2,3,4-k,l]acridine series.Key words: marine alkaloids, pyrido[2,3,4-k,l]acridines, metallation, cross-coupling.L'association des réactions de métallation et de couplage croisé de type Suzuki est une méthode efficace et fructueuse de synthèse de molécules polycycliques possédant des propriétés biologiques intéressantes. Cette méthode a été utilisée pour synthétiser des composés précurseurs ou analogues de composés naturels de la famille des pyrido[2,3,4-k,l]acridines.Mots clès : alcaloïdes marins, pyrido[2,3,4-k,l]acridines, metallation, couplage croisé.
