ABSTRACT
The technology exists for organisations to achieve real-time monitoring of everything from training to mission-critical objectives, so Keith Denton wonders why they aren't using it. Renowned management expert Peter Drucker believes an information revolution is in progress. According to him, information technology has had almost no impact on management decision-making and, while controlling costs helps you survive, business success depends on developing an effective strategy and following it strictly. Managing strategy is essential to find innovative ways to add value, wealth, and even meaning to lives of employees.
