More than 1,000 call centre staff are using an electronic-learning tool to become familiar with online bank Intelligent Finance's website. The Verisim-developed tool emulates the website of the HBOS-owned firm and is being used by Intelligent Finance's employees and customers. 'It helps staff get a good idea for the banking platform without having to work with actual accounts,' says Mark Curran, head of electronic-commerce for Intelligent Finance.
