ABSTRACT
Shoe firm New Balance Athletic Shoe Inc. has begun using Centra Inc.'s CentraOne software for virtual meetings and plans to also use it for training. 'Reduced travelling costs is one benefit, but the main advantage is that we can do more training off the cuff,' explains Tony Warding, New Balance's European information technology manager. The software installation took place at the start of 2003 and was supported by training, delivered by Centra, for staff at six European sites.
