ABSTRACT
Cable & Wireless PLC is training 1,000 project managers globally in the Prince2 methodology using a bespoke e-learning course. 'We wanted to make sure our project managers were singing from the same hymn sheet,' says William Ward, e-learning manager for Cable & Wireless. The Epic course, which is being hosted on a Docent LMS, also marks a step away from the telecom giant's tendency to use generic courseware.
