Reports on the call made during an Australian conference in November 1991 that all accidents involving high-speed catamarans be reported, a with a system similar to that operated by the Civil Aviation Authority. Accident where a high-speed catamaran ran onto rocks off the coast of Norway killing two people; Paper presented by Chris Jenman of Global Maritime, giving evidence on accidents involving fast ferries.
