The article reports on the plan of Milk-Bone dog biscuit marketer Nabisco Foods to sue Heinz Pet Products over its Meaty Bone advertisement. The Heinz campaign proposed a taste test between its dog biscuit and Milk-Bone to illustrate its claim that Meaty Bone is preferred to by dogs. The campaign was created by Leo Burnett USA and has been criticized by Nabisco saying that Heinz' taste test comparisons are invalid.
