ABSTRACT
The article reports that Great Britain (GB)-based Federation of Wholesale Distributors (FWD) has criticized the GB government's decision to come out in favor of plain tobacco packaging. It mentions the views of FWD chief executive officer James Bielby regarding impact of plain packaging on businesses of retailers and wholesalers. Also presented are comments of GB Public Health Minister Jane Ellison regarding ill-effects of tobacco smoking and on standardized packaging.
