The article presents developments in the advertising industry in the United States. A joint venture signed by Financial News Network Inc. and Unistar Communications Group with Unistar marketing and distributing FNN business news reports. Jennifer Hillings Epstein became the communications director for "Time" magazine. Carl Ullrich resigned as athletic director at West Point to become executive director of the Patriot League in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
