The article reports on the appointment of Russell Elliot as the Schering-Plough Healthcare Products Advertising Corp. president Russell Elliot. Elliot's new division will annually plan advertisements for the marketing of prescription drugs. Schering-Plough shifted Lotrimin AF, an antifungal cream previously available only by prescription. Elliot remains as vice president for advertising and marketing communications for the company.
