The article focuses on the advocacy report of the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) as of March 2015. Topics include the report from Germany regarding the corruption of the Russian Anti-Doping agency (RUSADA) and the implications for doping issues at the World Champs in Russia, ASCA to form a task force to combat doping in swimming and ASCA to with the international governing body Fédération Internationale de Natation over governance of the sport and its corrupt culture.
