Reports on the inability of the U.S. government to properly account for the disappearance of stored radioactive substance, uranium-235, from a nuclear fuel plant in Apollo, Pennsylvania. Investigation on the matter carried out by the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC); Declaration made by Senator Abraham Ribicoff on the unclassified portion of the special safeguards study conducted for AEC by a panel of scientific and security experts; Observation of flaws in the transportation of nuclear material, made by the General Accounting Office.
