Aiming at the liquefaction of SF6 at low temperature, from the angle of views including simplify equipment structure and lowering fault ratio, this paper presents a new heating system adopting NTC. By studying NTC resistance, structure of SF6 equipment,circuit,and thermal analysis,it also finds the mechanisms and influence of the main parameters on the system, which are verified by finite element simulation.
