The article states that acquisition of operating units of Latisys Holdings LLC has been closed by Bandwidth Infrastructure firm Zayo Group Holdings Inc. It states that with the acquisition of Latisys, Zayo's datacenter strategic product group, zColo, will be able to make its presence in several markets such as London, England, and Denver, Colorado. It states that according to Dan Caruso, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zayo Group, the firm will provide better connectivity to its customers.
