How FEI Governs Itself

This article reports on how the Financial Executives Institute (FEI operates and governs itself. The author traces the history of the organization and notes that the current structure is now made up of five divisions. These divisions are the Chapters, Area Boards, National Leadership Board, Executive Committee and the Office of the Chair. The author discusses the responsibilities of staff members, noting they manage the administrative side of the FEI handling issues such as accounting, membership and marketing. The author also breaks down the roles of each of the divisions and discusses the key goals at each level.
