- Kinetics of the Thermal Transformation of w-BN into g-BN. Gavrilkin, S. M.; Kopaneva, L. I.; Batsanov, S. S. // Inorganic Materials;Jan2004, Vol. 40 Issue 1, p23
Experimental data are presented on the kinetics of the transformation of wurtzite (w) BN into the graphite (g) form in the range 8201070C. It is shown that the annealing products consist of a w-BN + g-BN mixture and that the g-BN content gradually decreases with increasing temperature.
