Former chief financial officer of Atlanta, Georgia David Corbin is selling some of the assets of management consulting and financial advisory firm TrinityAdvisors to U.S.-based Raymond James & Associates Inc. He has himself joined the firm's public finance group as a director of national infrastructure. Selling the debt-management side of the business to Raymond James will allow clients to benefit from the substantial and national distribution and marketing abilities of the larger company.
