ABSTRACT
The article discusses a survey from consulting firm Accenture that finds that there is a growing demand from tech-savvy seniors who want to access healthcare services from their homes but are worried that capabilities of healthcare providers lag behind. Topics discussed include the survey showing that seniors who place a higher priority on technology being more likely to proactively manage their health.
