The article reports on the move of Israeli authorities to withhold 127 million dollars worth of Palestinian tax revenue it collects on behalf of the Palestinian Authority (PA) as a form of retaliation for Palestine's bid to join the International Criminal Court (ICC). The move has resulted in the failure of PA to pay its employees or cover the costs of ministries, schools or hospitals. Also mentioned is the demand of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanhayu for ICC to reject the application.
