Any TV product is the result of team work and, by consequence, a reconstruction of reality. The purpose of my analysis is to demonstrate that the TV documentary is a symbolic reconstruction of the reality. Starting with a general presentation, I described the production of the documentary, the soundtrack, the off commentary, the characters, its programming and its generic and the special section which resembles a making off, known in the filmmaking industry as the story behind the camera. Although the analysis of the section Behind the scenes would have been enough, to prove my point, I wanted to show that in each stage, the production team reconstructs reality through its choices.
