School drug dealers get off lightly, say JPs

DRUG dealers who sell cannabis outside school gates are escaping with nothing more than a slap on the wrist, the Magistrates' Association warned last night. Other serious offenders who are being let off with a caution or fine include serial burglars, muggers and even rapists.
