The U.S. Department of Treasury sold $24 billion, two-day cash management bills, dated June 3, due June 5 at a 1.175% high tender rate on June 2, 2003. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.35. Tenders totaled $56,470,000,000 and the Treasury accepted $24,002,600,000.
