ABSTRACT
The article discusses the plan for storing radioactive waste from redundant Royal Navy submarines at the Chapelcross nuclear plant in Scotland. It mentions the views of Scotland's politician Jim Hume that he hope for the rejection of the plan and adds that the Great Britain's government has pledged to take public opinion before deciding final location. It adds that other sites being considered are Capenhurst in Cheshire, Sellafield in west Cumbria and Aldermaston in Berkshire,all in England.
