ABSTRACT
An online energy assessment system for pump unit is designed in this paper, which is mainly utilized in both energy consumption measurement and energy assessment of pump units[1,2]. The system could offer reasonable advisory opinion about pump and motor energy-saving. If a certain power plant is reformed on basis of the recommendation of this system, the energy of 491000 kWh could be saved while 393600 yuan will be economized, which has excellent energy-saving effect. This system is well worth spreading to national wide to bring enormous economic and energy benefit every year.
