ABSTRACT
This article reports on the decision of Robert Mitchell to set up a restaurant in Derby, England offering menus using farm produce grown by farmers from the Peak District. The restaurant opened with a taster for its farmer suppliers, including beef producer Arthur Gee. All the dairy products used in the restaurant come from the Peak District Dairy.
